Send the complete Archon spreadsheet (preferred) or a text file with data for every game played at your tournament (players at the table, with V:EKN numbers, and number of VPs won by each player) to the Ratings Coordinator.

Well the EC is really close now. I have one question to ask and don't want to make a new topic for it. I won a tournament some time ago, but I don't know if it was properly reported. My name and deck are in TWDA at thelasombra.com, but that is all I know. Is there a way for me to confirm, that i am qualified? Thank you.

The TWDA entry is all you need.
It is only those people that were not able to win tournaments, but did reasonably well at regional qualifiers that need to be tracked. Winners are good to go.
