My name is Kleber Souza and I´m prince of Juiz de Fora – Brazil, for VEKN.
This year Juiz de Fora will run the V:TES South America Championship. It will be on November 12th to November 15th.
Every time we rent a big house to run the tournament to be more comfortable to the players. On this house the player can sleep, play the tournament, trade cards and do his meals. The structure to run the tournament is very good and the organization will provide everything that is necessary to do this championship better than ever.
The city are about 180km far from Rio de Janeiro so, the player can take a airplane to Rio de Janeiro and another airplane to Juiz de Fora. To be more cheapest for the player, the 2011 South America Championship Organization will provide a car to take the player on Rio de Janeiro and bring to Juiz de Fora for a small price. Follow the details:

Lodging and Reserves:

There are tree rooms that can be reserved by the players. Each room can be occupied by two or tree players. The prices include breakfast.
Reserves and payment until July, 31: US$ 60,00 per player;
Reserves and payment between August, 01 to October, 31: US$ 70,00 per player;
Reserves and payment at the event day (under availability confirmation): US$ 80,00 per player

If the player get a lodging out from the house, he will have to pay a ticket of US$ 12,00 to get in the event (for the four days of the event).

The organization will provide a BAR with snacks and drinks. For lunch, the player will chose a kind of meat or chicken or a vegetarian food that will be bought from a restaurant near by the house for a price between US$ 4,00 to US$ 6,00. So the player will not have to get out the event to lunch or eat some snacks.
